Alder Estates by Ashton Woods will offer new floor plans never released before. The new collections will offer up to 5,821 square feet of living space and standard lot sizes will be 11,475 (85' x 135') square feet!
The larger Ashton Woods' series Alder Estates (85' x 135' lots) has released plan names and square footage (three single story plans and two 2-story plans).
Here are the lot options for the larger 11,475 square foot lots.
It has not yet been determined what lots will initially be released.
